Hebridean Tweed covered buttons

A set of 6 fabric-covered buttons exclusive to Daughter of a Shepherd, handmade by Felicity Ford (KNITSONIK) from the Ardalanish fabric used for the pouches created by Julia Billings.

Felicity is also known for her wonderful wool badges (see separate listing) crafted from scraps of fabric, with the smaller scraps from the badge production then being turned into buttons, meaning there is minimal waste at the end of these fabric collaborations.

The five fabrics are; Herringbone Tweed, Diamond Twill, Dotty Oatmeal, Keystone Tweed and Smokey Tattersal available both with and without a visible blue woad stripe - make your selection from the drop down menu.

The buttons have a metal shank making them strong enough for use on chunkier knits or heavier fabrics. They measure 24mm (1") each in diameter and are presented on a card in a set of six.

Please note that due to the way the buttons are made there might be slight variations between each set and the cut of the cloth.
